Today is a special day for my Daddy because it is his birthday!! My Daddy is a soldier and is deployed overseas. I miss my daddy this is a special post for him and I am excited to share it with you.
Kiddo Patito's Daddy's Birthday
Once upon a time in Veggieland Kiddo Patito was very excited because it was his Daddy's Birthday! "Yipee woohoo!" shouted Kiddo Patito. "Today is my Daddy's Birthday! He is my hero!"
For Mr. Patito's birthday the Patito Family went to Veggieland Park where they had rides, a magic show starting the birthday man Mr. Patito, and lots of yummy food.
Kiddo Patito said "Lets go on fun birthday cake ride first! I heard we get hit with cakes on our face!" They line up to get on the ride it was a special ride just for them and Mr. Patito got a birthday cake hat! When they got off of the ride they were covered in cake!
Then it was time for the Magic Show the whole Patito family was part of the show! Mr. Patito said "Meet my family! I am Mr. Patito, My Wife Mrs. Patito, my kids Kiddo Patito, Jackson, Emory, and the youngest of all Sweetie Patito! Now my son Kiddo Patito and his best friend Monkey Bobunky are going to do a special trick with me!"
Kiddo Patito says "For our special trick with my Daddy we are going to saw him in half! This is my assistant Monkey Bobunkey to help me! Now I will put Daddy in the box!" Monkey Bobunkey locked the box.
Kiddo Patito said "Now for the sawing!" saw, saw, saw, saw, saw Monkey Bobunkey separated the box in half to show the audience. Monkey Bobunkey said "He is now a mashed potato!"
Mrs. Patito said "Let's put him back together now!"
Monkey Bobunkey put the box back together.
Kiddo Patito said the magic words "Awaa azoo Awaa aboing awwaaa boom!" Mr. Patito stood up and the audience clapped and said "Bravo!"
The Patito Family held hand and took a bow and said "Thank you, Thank you!"
Next it was time for the yummy food! Veggieland Park made a special birthday cake for Mr. Patito it was Spoonflambe! They all chowed down on the delicous cake and Mr. Patito said "This is the best Birthday ever!"

Monkey Bobunky goes to Ballet Class
Once upon a time in Veggieland Monkey Bobunky was going to Ballet class. She had a beautiful tutu and and purple leotard. She was very excited it was her first day. She skipped all the way to class, when she walked in she saw her teacher, stopped and twirled. Her teacher introduced herself, "My name is Elephant Smellaphant, but you can call my Miss Elly"
They stretched and and watched Miss Elly show them some of the moves they would be learning. After Miss Elly was done she turned on some music and let the students dance around using the moves she just showed them. Monkey Bobunky had so much fun she could not wait to come back again next week.

Kiddo Patito Meets the New PE Teacher
Once upon a time in Veggieland, Kiddo Patito was very excited because he was meeting the new PE teacher today! Kiddo Patito got ready as fast as lightning, and Kiddo Patito and Monkey Bobunky were the first ones at school and had to wait in the car until some one rang a bell and opened the gate. They were the first ones at breakfast and took their time, then they went outside to play and only played for one minute until the bell rang. Ding Ding Ding the bell rang and Kiddo Patitio and Monkey Bobunky walked inside their classroom. Then they listened to announcements and said the pledge. "I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America, and to the republic for which it stands, one nation under God, indivisible, with liberty, and justice for all."
After announcements they went to PE. Everyone was surprised that their new PE teacher was a Fox! So they all ran except Kiddo Patito because he knew that Mr. Fox was a nice fox. To get everyone to calm down he gave them cherries! While they were eating their cherries Mr. Fox told all about himself. Then they played a game called Mr. Fox, he explained how to play the game: "First you line up facing me, then ask 'What time is it Mr. Fox?' and then if I reply 'Time to go to grandma's' you take one step forward, but if i say "Midnight!" you run all around until someone is tagged and you join the fox side. The next time I say 'Midnight' all of the foxes must tag someone. You only run if I say "Midnight". Time to play" but before they could start Middle Mittin asked "How does the game end?" and Mr. Fox replied "When everyone is a fox!" Middle Mitten said "ok" and the game started. When the game ended Mrs. Celery came and picked up her class and said "Thank you Mr. Fox".

Kiddo Patito's First Day of First Grade
Once upon a time it was a very exciting day for Kiddo Patito, the Patito Family, and Monkey Bobunky! The exciting day was the first day of First Grade at Shiny Elementary for Kiddo Patito and Monkey Bobunkey. Kiddo Patito and Monkey Bobunky were dancing with joy. They packed their lunches, put their backpacks on full of school supplies and lunch, had on new clothes and were off to school. Mrs. Patito took them to school and walked them to their class.
Mrs. Patito introduced them to their teacher Mrs. Celery. Mrs. Celery showed them to their desks. Kiddo Patito and Monkey Bobunky were excited to see they were sitting next to each other. Kiddo Patito and Monkey Bobunky said "Hi" to the kids sitting next to them. Next to Kiddo Patito was Middle Mittin who was in Kindergarten with Kiddo Patito. Monkey Bobunky was excited to see a friend from her old school, Jungle Elementary, named Missy Kitty! The bell rang and they started their day.
The first thing they did was to take a tour, we started at the office, then to the Library, next to see the music room, cafeteria, then to the playground, they stopped at a yard of grass and sat down. Mrs. Celery told them that in this yard of grass you could only relax or read books. Then they went back to their class and did some classwork. Before they knew it it was time for recess, when they returned to class they did some more work. Then went to lunch where they ate ham and cheese sandwiches, grapes, cookies and drank juice. When they were done eating they were dismissed they went to recess. When they went back to class they made a book about their first day of school. She gave them their homework which was to read for 10 minutes every school day and once a weekend. Before they knew it, it was time to go. They got on the bus and sat down. While on the bus they rested after the long and exciting day.
When they got home Mrs. Patito had a snack ready. After they were done eating their snack they did their homework then went outside to play with Missy Kitty and Middle Mittin.

Kiddo Patito's First Pet
Once upon a time Kiddo Patito asked if he could get a pet. His parents asked "What kind of pet?" Kiddo Patito replied "A hamster!" and his parents said "Yes!". So they went to the pet store in their veggiemobile.
So first they picked out the cage, Kiddo Patito picked out the blue medium size one, and a tube, and a ball for the hamster to run around in. Then they got the food, and lots of other cool hamster stuff. Finally they picked out the hamster. It was very very cute, she was 6 months old, she is light brown, and about 2 inches big. The guy at the pet store told Kiddo Patito " She is very shy, she loves to run on her wheel at night, and loves to run around in her ball, she goes everywhere! You have to be careful and not let her go inside the house because she is quick and can find lots of places to hide."
Kiddo Patito was so excited to go home in the veggiemobile. When they got home they set up the hamster cage. When they were done Monkey Bobunky came over. Monkey Bobunky asked, "What is the hamsters name?". "I don't know yet." replied Kiddo Patito, "Want to help me come up with a name?". Monkey Bobunky said, "I already found a name! Smookums but for short Smooks!!" Kiddo Patito replied "I love it!"
Kiddo Patito said "Let me go see if my Mommy can put her into the ball so she can run around in it!" His Mom said yes and put Smooks in the ball. She ran around in circles, and Kiddo Patito and Monkey Bobunky taught her a few tricks, like how to bowl!
Kiddo Patito and Monkey Bobunky couldn't wait to see what new tricks she would learn.
